Take care about that: This document will mention us F1Keymultiservice.LLC (F1K) like service provider and the customer (You), like service recipient that receive our service; you must read and know this document in full.
This document contains the more important things that you need to know at the moment that you decide call us or sent an email to us requesting our service. To start you must know the three W:
- Who is F1K: F1K is a young company that born three years ago in The Hudson County, New Jersey; following a dream of his founder to create a service focused on residential customer and small business, providing these with a professional and high level on-site service.
- Where F1K is located: F1K is located in the city of West New York, NJ from where all our services start.
- What is the function of this Website: This Website is in the first phase of its development and has informational and service request function only, this mean that you for any reason should share confidential information on this site.
Services: F1K is available to cover you with a large spectrum of professional service that you could need in your home or small business without moving outside, you can find in this site a complete list of the services available for you.
F1K is available to provide on-site service from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.
F1K is available to provide remote service from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm from Monday to Sunday.
Service that F1K does not perform: F1K under any circumstance, move, alter, or install electrical outlets; do any service related with electric issue like replace electric cable in your home or any other kind of home electric issue.
Scheduled Service: Taking into consideration that on-site service involves traveling on occasions over long distances. F1K will contact the client between 12 to 3 hours before the scheduled time for the service; this action has as purpose to certify with customer that no unforeseen event prevents the service from being completed.
If for any reason, after the scheduled service confirmation F1K technician arrive to your home and you or other person 18 year old or over do not be present to facilitate the access to your home and perform the requested service, you agree to pay the on-site service charge of $30.00 plus the additional amount for the miles traveled that exceed 25 miles that the on-site service charge cover at rate of $0.25 per mile.
How pay to F1K: You agree to pay the fees and service rates that you request and receive from F1K with Credit Card or Debit Card.
What you pay to F1K:
You agree pay for labor time, onsite service charge, travel miles over the amount of 25 miles that is covered with the on-site service charge, parts necessary to fix the device under reparation, software license when is require.
F1K take like start point to measure the travel distance to customer place, the city of West New York, NJ; F1K use the Google map to trace the route and take the shorter and tolls free route available.
You agree pay for necessary parts in the reparation process when the diagnosis indicates that specific part should be replaced to fix the issue. In case that you do not want to buy a part needed to fix the issue and discard the item, you accept to pay the on-site service fee and one (1) hour of labor at the amount indicate in our price list and your service request; this amount cover the diagnosis and labor time.
When more than one visit is necessary in the repair service process because any part need to be bought or any other reason related with the service, the on-site service fee will be charged for the first visit only. You agree pay for each visit to your place inside the reparation process the amount of $0.25 per mile over 25 miles.
When you request the Surveillance System Installation service, a survey visit to your place will be necessary to take the required information for this kind of installation service; you agree pay one (1) hour labor and miles fee at $0.25 over 25 miles.
You agree, once F1K present the project and cost for the Surveillance System Installation and receive the approval from you; to pay the 50% of the project cost before start the project, this action will be accompanied with a document signed by both parties showing the conditions of this particular service.
